Disabling Windows Hello for Business in Bulk Using Intune
1. Sign in to https://endpoint.microsoft.com/#home
2. Click on Devices > Windows > Configuration Profiles > Create Profile > Platform (Windows 10 and later) > Profile Identity protection > Create

3. Enter the name of this policy > Next

4. Select Disable under configure WHfB > Next

5. Assign this profile to target Users, Groups, or Devices

6. Customize your Applicability Rules (I left it as blank)

7. Click Next and Create the profile

8. It may take approximately 15-30 minutes for it to appear in the profile list and for the changes to take effect.
