Setup the GPO for WSUS update service location (Discovery)

After this GPO took effect, I noticed that the WSUS management console was not displaying any information. I realized that the WSUS service itself had also been inadvertently assigned this policy. After removing the WSUS server from the applied policy, the issue was resolved. This fix allowed the WSUS management console to function properly again, and I was able to manually trigger updates as needed.
