Who Am I.

I am currently a Support Specialist at NIO, focusing on cloud-related issues for NIO Power. Previously, at Microsoft Entra ID, I specialized in identity and access management (IAM), including device registration, Windows Hello for Business (WHfB), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO). In addition to my core expertise, I have a strong foundation in Active Directory, Servers, Cloud Computing, Network Administration, and Front-end Web Development. This diverse technical skill set enables me to effectively handle a wide range of challenges in a fast-paced IT environment.

  • About NIO Power System

    NIO Power provides an internet-based charging solution supported by an extensive network of charging stations and battery swap facilities. Utilizing NIO’s advanced cloud technology, we’ve developed a versatile energy service system that supports EV charging, battery swapping, and upgrades. This comprehensive system delivers seamless charging services across various scenarios for vehicle owners.

  • Technical Support

    As the primary point of contact for cloud-related issues at NIO, I take responsibility for receiving, managing, and resolving problems, ensuring robust support for cloud quality within the NIO Power system.

  • Troubleshooting

    My objective is to deliver exceptional support to all stakeholders, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, thereby minimizing downtime and enhancing user satisfaction.

  • Cloud Administration

    I developed a troubleshooting wiki to improve system architecture and operations, serving as a central hub for knowledge sharing and problem-solving. This project streamlines issue resolution and enhances our cloud infrastructure’s efficiency, reflecting my commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
